Terms and conditions for Webbs Clubcard:

  • Terms and conditions of membership, preferential shopping terms and offers may vary from time to time.

  • No discount will be given unless current Webbs Clubcard is produced at the till at the time of purchase.

  • 10% discount is available all day, every day on the following products: Garden and Aquatic Plants, Houseplants, Flower Bulbs, Vegetable and Flower Seeds. The 10% discount can also be used on real Christmas Trees during November & December. Please note: product availability varies seasonally, from store to store and on www.webbs.co.uk

  • On the first day you use your Clubcard, in addition to the discount listed above, you will receive 5% discount off all other products sold by Webbs, excluding gift vouchers, postage stamps, delivery charges, gas bottles, fresh cut flowers, ticketed events, Webbs Clubcard membership and all on site concessions. Your 5% discount will only apply online if you sign up to the Clubcard on our website and purchase products at the same time as purchasing your Clubcard. In this case, your 5% first-time discount will be automatically applied to the products in your basket at the time of ordering. If you signed up for Clubcard in-store or online but did not purchase products at the same time, you cannot now use your 5% first-time discount online - you must claim this 5% discount when shopping in-store instead.

  • Discounts will only be given when a valid Webbs Clubcard is produced at the time at the time of purchased or if shopping online when logged into an account under the same email address that is attached to the active Clubcard.

  • If you purchase your Clubcard membership online, you will not be able to claim your discount in store until you have received your Clubcard in the post.

  • If you choose to renew your membership online please allow 2-3 working days for your renewal to be activated.

  • Upon renewal you will be sent a voucher to receive 10% off purchases, excluding gift vouchers, postage stamps, delivery charges, gas bottles, fresh cut flowers, garden machinery, ticketed events, Webbs Clubcard membership and all onsite concessions. Barbecues, barbecue accessories and pizza ovens discount capped at 5%. Voucher is valid for one single use, to be used within 3 months of issue date. 10% renewal voucher is only valid in-store and cannot be used online.

  • On Webbs Clubcard shopping days enjoy additional discounts in store. Details published at the time of each event.

  • 5% first day discount, 10% renewal discount and Clubcard promotional day discounts cannot be used together, and discount will not be cumulative if attempting to use them together.

  • Discount is given over and above any sale or reduced prices. Please note, total discount will not be cumulative.

  • Membership will be valid for one year from date of purchase.

  • 12 free hot drinks per annual membership to use in store. Offer is for a stndard tea, coffee or hot chocolate only. This includes cappuccino, latte, americano, mocha, flat white, espresso single or double, hot chocolate, mug of tea or pot of loose leaf tea for one. Offer excludes all alcoholic hot drinks which will be charged in full separately. Offer also excludes extras such as whipped cream, marshmallows, extra shots, or syrups. The difference will be charged if extras are requested.  

  • On production of your Clubcard hot drink card 12 free hot drinks can be claimed at any time within 12 months from date of issue. Once you have claimed your 12 free hot drinks a new hot drink card will be issued upon renewal of membership only. If hot drink card lost/misplaced it cannot be replaced. Hot drink card AND current Clubcard must be presented to claim your free drink. No exceptions will be made.

  • To be a member of Webbs Clubcard, you must be aged 18 or over and be resident in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

  • Only one active membership allowed per named person at any time. Your membership card can only be used by the named and registered member. It cannot be transferred or copied.

  • Clubcard can only be renewed 30 days either side of the expiry date. We will be in touch to advise that it is time to renew. If you choose to renew your membership online, please allow 1-2 working days for your renewal to be activated.

  • Webbs Garden Centres Ltd reserve the right to alter or delete any of the Webbs Clubcard benefits at any time without prior notice.

  • If you lose your card, contact [email protected] or tel: 01527 860000 to block the existing card and be issued with a replacement.
