Webbs Clubcard Terms & Conditions
General
1. These terms and conditions are applicable across the Webbs Clubcard scheme, and any participation is considered as acceptance.
2. Webbs Garden Centres Ltd. reserves the right to alter or delete any of the Webbs Clubcard benefits at any time without prior notice.
3. To be a member of Webbs Clubcard, you must be aged 18 or over and be resident in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
4. Membership will be valid for one year from date of purchase.
5. Only one active membership allowed per named person at any time. Your membership card can only be used by the named and registered member. It cannot be transferred or copied.
6. A valid email address is required to become a Webbs’ Clubcard member, so that we can contact you with information related to your membership.
7. By supplying us with your details in your application, you are consenting to receive communications related to your Clubcard membership from Webbs via post and email. Webbs will only use the information provided in your application to keep you up to date with news and offers related to your membership. We do not share your information.
8. If you lose your card, contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on 01527 860000 to block the existing card and be issued with a replacement.
Member offers
9. On production of your Clubcard, a 10% discount can be applied to any food or drink purchase in any Webbs restaurants or cafés, on any day of the week, during restaurant and café opening hours. This also applies to takeaway hot drinks from the Bakery and on Webbs’ food stalls at Webbs events. 10% discount offer is not available on Webbs Afternoon Tea events (including Swingettes and Hygge Igloos), food and drink Masterclasses, food from Webbs Bakery, items from Webbs Foodhall and third-party catering from vendors.
10. 10% discount is available all day, every day in-store or online on the following products: garden and aquatic plants, houseplants, flower bulbs, vegetable and flower seeds. The 10% discount can also be used on real Christmas trees during November and December. Please note, product availability varies seasonally, from store to store and online.
11. During Webbs Clubcard shopping periods, Clubcard members can enjoy discounts on selected seasonal departments. Details published at the time of each event.
12. Clubcard members will also get priority access to event ticket booking, plus invitations to special member-only experiences.
13. On the first day you use your Clubcard, you will receive 5% discount off all other retail products sold by Webbs, excluding gift vouchers, postage stamps, delivery charges, gas bottles, fresh cut flowers, ticketed events, Webbs Clubcard membership and all on site concessions.
14. 5% first-time discount, 10% everyday plant discount and Clubcard promotional discounts cannot be used together, and discount will not be cumulative when attempting to use them together.
15. Your 5% initial discount will only apply online if you sign up to Clubcard on our website and purchase products at the same time as purchasing your Clubcard. In this case, your 5% first-time discount will be automatically applied to the products in your basket at the time of ordering. If you signed up for Clubcard in-store or online but did not purchase products at the time, you cannot now use your 5% first-time discount online – you must claim this 5% discount when shopping in-store instead.
16. Discounts will only be given when a valid Webbs Clubcard is produced at the till at the time of purchase or if shopping online when logged into an account under the same email address that is attached to the active Clubcard.
17. If you purchase your Clubcard membership online, you will not be able to claim your discount in store until you have received your Clubcard in the post.
Renewal
18. Membership can only be renewed once a year.
19. The renewal cost is £10.
20. Clubcards can be renewed up to 14 days prior to expiry date and up to 30 days afterwards. We will be in touch to advise that it is time to renew. If you choose to renew your membership online, please allow 1-2 working days for your renewal to be activated.
21. If you renewed your membership before the new Webbs Clubcard offer came into effect on Monday, 3rd March 2025, you are welcome to transfer to the new offer at any time within your annual membership period. To do so, please visit us in-store.
22. If you do transfer your membership to the new offer, your membership expiry date will remain unchanged. This means the remaining months on your current membership will carry over to the new plan, without any additional time being added. Please note that any unredeemed benefits from your current membership will become invalid once the switch is made
23. If transferring to the new offer early, free coffee cards will need to be surrendered to obtain the 10% discount on restaurant and café spend.
24. The 10% discount offer on restaurant and café spend replaces the previous Clubcard free hot drink benefit, and these offers cannot be used together in the same transaction or visit.
