This is a varied role working alongside the Nursery despatch team to fulfil all orders, so plants are sent out on time and of the best quality. Duties include weeding and tidying plants, attaching labels and helping with picking when needed. Other duties may include watering, potting and general Nursery maintenance work.

Role 2 - Maintenance
This is a varied role working alongside the Nursery maintenance team. Duties include weeding, watering and feeding plants, pruning, tidying and potting. Other duties will include to help despatch the plants.

Both roles have working hours of 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
We are looking for individuals who has relevant experience gained ideally in a nursery/horticultural setting.
You’ll use manual handling, be hard working, positive, flexible and happy to use initiative.
You'll enjoy working independently or as part of a small, busy team, using state of the art technology, learning new skills and working at pace to meet deadlines.
Basic IT and administration skills are required for labelling and stock management processes; full training will be provided.
Most importantly, you'll have a real passion for horticulture, ideally supported by a formal horticultural qualification.
Having a PA1/PA6 spraying certificate and being a qualified Counterbalance FLT driver would be advantageous.
You will be working outdoors in all weathers; sun cream, sunhats and waterproofs will be provided.
Roles are based at our store in Wychbold, Worcestershire and so you must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
