So what is a Kadai? These beautiful and extremely versatile cooking bowls are traditionally used in India at festivals and weddings. Christo McKinnon-Wood, of Shropshire company Wilstone, discovered Kadai bowls on his travels 10 years ago. He quickly realised the year round appeal for people who enjoy relaxing in their garden with friends and family over great food and drinks.
