Why we love it:Rhododendron Kalinka is a yakushimanum hybrid rhododendron which grows to just 1 metre in height and width It's neither big nor small and can therefore be enjoyed in any sized garden or large container With beautiful red buds, opening to ruby pink flowers with ruffled darker edges in May it's a lovely highlight for the spring garden The flowers fade to pale rose pink with greenish yellow spots, and the large glossy green foliage provides a lovely background to other plants all year round
