- Yellow sticky traps will control a range of insect pests including whitefly, thrips, leaf miners and greenfly in the greenhouse or conservatory.
- Small flying insect pests are attracted by the unique yellow colour and stick to the non-drying glue coating the trap
- Many insect pests, are difficult to control with insecticides. By catching the winged adults with Yellow Sticky Traps before they reach the plants, the build up of pests will be delayed & existing insect populations may also be reduced.
- Double sided sticky traps.
- As a guide, one trap should cover an area of approx 2.5 square metres. (approx. 25 square feet)
What you need to know:
- 1 x Webbs Yellow Sticky Traps
- Size: H22cm x W10cm. (Approx. 9.5 x 4in)
- How to use: Remove the protective cover paper from the traps and suspend them just above the plants using the wire provided. If adults are already present tap the plants to disturb them.
- Additional traps may be used near vents and doors to catch any insects flying in from outside.
- If the problem is severe biological controls may be used.
